Former BBC cross platform head joins Twofour

Twofour Digital has named former BBC head of cross platform productions Martin Trickey as its digital creative director.

Twofour Digital has named former BBC head of cross platform productions Martin Trickey as its digital creative director.

Trickey will manage the creative team in Twofour’s digital division and will work across the company’s brands and output. He will report to Lisa Opie, Twofour Digital’s managing director, and will also work closely with Twofour’s group creative director, Andrew Mackenzie, on second screen and cross platform format components.

Trickey previously ran the multiplatform production arm of BBC Vision, and sat on the BBC Vision Production Board. He also spent four years as head of digital at Teachers TV.

Lisa Opie said of Trickey: “He has worked on both commissioning and production sides, giving him a unique insight to help us win new branded content and multi-platform commissions. He will also help Twofour bring our impressive skills in digital media and technology to broadcasters.”
