London-based distributor Target Entertainment has secured several deals for Raw Cut’s Police Interceptors (pictured), including acquisitions in Italy, Norway and Australia.

All four seasons of the Raw Cut-produced series, which airs on Channel 5 in the UK, sold to Sitcom Group in Italy and TV Norge in Norway, while series four was acquired by Foxtel in Australia, VMMA in Belgium and RTL in the Netherlands.

The 58-part, one-hour show is an observational crime series that follows a team of police officers equipped with state-of-the-art technology, fast cars and helicopters. Each episode features footage of real-life pursuits and arrests.

Target’s director of sales Hannah Worrall said: “Jaw-dropping action from the fastest police pursuit crew ever filmed really sets Police Interceptors apart. We’re delighted that audiences in Italy and Norway will now be able to enjoy what is already an established favorite in the UK and beyond.”

Steve Warr, Raw Cut’s company director, added: “Police Interceptors has been a remarkable success story for Raw Cut and we’re delighted that new territories continue to pick up the show – in this case, all four series-worth.”
