Snowman’s off to Oslo

Snowman Productions, the entertainment-oriented Scandinavian production arm of ProSiebenSat.1′s Red Arrow Entertainment Group, will be setting up an office in Norway.
Heading up the Oslo outpost will be managing director Peter Blanck, most recently an executive producer with Viasat Broadcasting (Mad about the House). Creative director Magnus Vatn is coming over from Nordisk Film TV, where he was an exec producer and head of reality (Farmer Wants a Wife, 71 Degrees North). Kristoffer Reinsfelt Arnesen, most recently an executive producer at Monster Entertainment (Comedians at Work), will take on the role of head of entertainment.
The company launched in Stockholm in the summer of 2010 and expanded into Copenhagen in early 2011.
“Since Snowman was launched little more than a year ago, our clear ambition has been to gain a foothold across all Scandinavian markets,” said Pontus Gårdinger, Nordic CEO, Snowman Productions. “The launch of Snowman Norway is a key part of the puzzle and I couldn’t be happier.”
