U.S. net TLC is lining up Japan Tsunami: Caught on Camera, an hour-long doc from ITN Productions, to air March 8, three days before the anniversary of the Japanese catastrophe.

Airing in a 9 p.m. EST slot, the doc features footage filmed by survivors in six of the devastated towns, with first-hand accounts from the people who lived through the day’s earthquake and tsunami. The story is told “in their own words, videos and photos,” according to TLC.

In addition, the network has unveiled details of another special: Extreme Couponing: Holiday Hauls. Airing March 6 at 10 p.m. EST, the one-off sees four Extreme Couponing alumni “brave the crowds on the day after Christmas, looking for the best deals of the year.”
