MIPDoc International Pitch extends deadline

Content creators and producers aiming to submit entries to MIPDoc's pitch competition now have until February 27 to do so.

MIPDoc’s International Pitch competition has extended its deadline for submissions.

Content creators and producers aiming to submit entries to the pitch competition, taking place on March 30 in Cannes, now have until February 27 to do so.

Six entries from those submitted with be selected by organizers to go before a panel of international commissioners and broadcasters for a live pitching session. The winner will receive editorial coverage from MIPTV’s Daily News and realscreen (a media partner for the event), a one-on-one meeting with a jury member during the event, free entry to MIPDoc 2013, and free submission of the winning program to the MIPDoc 2013 digital library.

As previously announced, entrants will also be able to access crowdfunding tools for their projects via MIPDoc’s partnership with IndieGoGo for the event.
