NBC will be bringing back two reality competition series for its summer schedule.

Endemol USA-produced adventure-dating hybrid Love in the Wild, hosted by Jenny McCarthy, premieres its second season on June 7. The series will bring contestants to the Dominican Republic for this go-round. Last summer’s run of Love in the Wild averaged a 1.8 rating and 5.5 million viewers overall. Tom Shelley serves as executive producer.

Obstacle course competition series American Ninja Warrior, produced by A. Smith & Co., will return to the Peacock on May 21. Last year, the series, originally broadcast on Tokyo Broadcasting System Television, aired on G4, with NBC airing the finale. This time around the competition will be held on American soil for the first time, with G4 airing the preliminary rounds and NBC airing the preliminary finals and grand finale. This is Ninja’s fourth season, and is exec produced by A. Smith & Co.’s Arthur Smith and Kent Weed, and Holly Wofford and Viki Cacciatore.
