Tony Testa (pictured, left) and Fairouz El-Baz (right) are joining The Hochberg Ebersol Company (THE Company) as VP of production and VP of operations respectively.

The two VPs come to the reality, scripted and branded entertainment production company as its slate expands, with two series launching over the next six months – The Moment for USA Network and The Great Escape for TNT. The company formed in November 2011.

As VP of production, Testa will oversee all of THE Company’s productions, having previously worked with the company on series including The Moment, Off the Grid and History’s Off the Grid. His other credits include American Inventor and The Bachelor: After the Final Rose for ABC, and The Real Cancun.

El-Baz will be responsible for the overall business development and operations of the company in her new role as VP of operations. She will also oversee production on several series, pilots and specials. She previously worked on Off the Grid and NFL Characters Unite.

“A company is built on the quality of its people, and we only hire superstars,” said Justin Hochberg, co-founder of THE Company. “The scope and quality of our work and partnerships has attracted two of the smartest executives in the business who have already made an impact and helped us sell several new shows.”

Co-founder Charlie Ebersol added: “Tony and Fai are peerless in their respective fields and raise the game of everyone around them.”
