UK indie Zig Zag Productions has secured a raft of sales for BBC3 title Confessions of a Sex Addict, penning deals with networks in eight territories including Australia, Sweden, Norway and Poland.

The program sees stand-up comedian Jeff Leach delve into his life as a sex addict, while introducing viewers to some of the 300 women he claims to have slept with. It has been picked up by TVNZ in New Zealand; ABC Australia; Discovery’s TLC for Sweden, Norway and the Netherlands; MTV3 Finland; TV2 Denmark; and TVN in Poland.

In a statement, Zig Zag’s VP of commercial and current production Leila Monks (pictured above) said she had been able to use her broadcaster relationships to do the deals directly, and that rights for the rest of the world would be handled by her former employer, London-based distributor TVF International.
