Discovery Channel in the U.S. is launching The Devils Ride (pictured) on May 8, which will give viewers an inside look at an American motorcycle club.

Produced by Bischoff Hervey Entertainment, the series goes inside San Diego’s Laffing Devils, where characters include motorcycle club president Gipsy, an ex-Marine who served in Iraq; club VP Billy the Kid; and younger member Snubz.

The Devils Ride documents the internal conflict among the club, as well as the risk of losing their unofficial headquarters, an auto body shop. Other elements of the show will see what non-members must do to become members of the club.

Eric Bischoff and Jason Hervey are executive producers for the indie, while David Pritikin is the exec producer for Discovery Channel.
