World of Wonder’s Tattoo School, featuring students enrolled in a two-week intensive course on the art of tattooing, will debut on TLC on May 24.

Based in Shreveport, LA, the World’s Only Tattoo School opens its doors to an array of artists, from disabled veterans to high school dropouts, who attend to develop the know-how to break into the competitive industry.

The series will follow Dr. Bill Pogue, who has over 38 years of teaching experience, as he guides the students through real world challenges. Upon graduation, the student with the best original tattoo is given a golden tattoo gun.

Tattoo School made its debut on the network as a special last summer.
