Idea Factory names Deana Delshad as development VP

The veteran producer previously developed and executive produced the long-running Style Network series How Do I Look? and Rank & Women of... for E! Entertainment Network.

California-based prodco The Idea Factory has hired Deana Delshad to be its VP of development.

A veteran showrunner and producer, she previously developed and executive produced the long-running Style Network series How Do I Look? as well as Style’s Modern Girl’s Guide To Life and Rank & Women of… for E! Entertainment Network. She has also worked at ABC Network, Telepictures, A. Smith & Co. and Dick Clark Productions.

The Idea Factory has also promoted Andrew McCormick to manager of development.┬áThe indie has produced series such as Bound for Glory, God or the Girl, Big Medicine, Half Pint Brawlers, The Other Side, Karaoke Mom’s, Looking for Love and Trade Off.
