U.S. network Discovery Fit & Health is lining up Diagnosis: Dead or Alive and ER Nights, two new medical series that will premiere later this month.

U.S. network Discovery Fit & Health is lining up Diagnosis: Dead or Alive and ER Nights, two new medical series that will premiere later this month.

Diagnosis: Dead or Alive premieres June 25 at 10 p.m. EST, and promises to explore the medical world’s deepest mysteries through the voices of the patients who lived them. It is produced by Mike Mathis Productions.

“From the very first symptoms, to the frantic search for a diagnosis, viewers will be left guessing the outcome of the patient until the very end,” the network promises in its billing. “Did the patient fully recover? Or is this story being told from beyond the grave?”

ER Nights, meanwhile, is billed as a real-life emergency room medical drama, premiering June 30 at 10 p.m.

The series follows the staff at Saint Vincent’s ER in one of the busiest hospitals in the world, located a short distance from Sydney’s central business and entertainment districts in Australia.
