Dirty Jobs prodco Pilgrim Studios has made two promotions in its business and legal affairs departments.

Anna Fudacz has been named VP, business affairs, while Michael Purleski has been upped to VP, legal affairs.

Fudacz is responsible for negotiating the production company’s network and development agreements for scripted and unscripted programming. She joined Pilgrim in 2010 after working with international law firm Greenberg Traurig.

Purleski, meanwhile, oversees a broad range of matters for the company including corporate, production, litigation, licensing, distribution and employment. Before Pilgrim, he’d spent seven years in the intellectual property department of Squire, SandersĀ & Dempsey.

Both report to Pilgrim Studios’ executive vice president and general counsel, Gretchen Stockdale.
