Passion plays in Scandinavia

London-based Passion Distribution has racked up more than 130 hours of programming sales into Scandinavian territories, including Push Girls (pictured), I Am Jazz and Hook, Line and Dinner.

MTV3 Finland has acquired 22 hours, including the OWN specials Intersection, I Am Jazz and Extraordinary Moms, and has licensed the second season of All On the Line from Sundance Channel and Hook, Line and Dinner from Scripps Networks International.

Nelonen Media in Finland and TV2 Norway have secured Sundance Channel’s series Push Girls, which follows a group of women who have become paralyzed from the neck or waist down as they take on life.

SBS in Norway has acquired all five seasons of Scripps Networks International’s Cupcake Wars and Raw Television’s The Ultimate Guide to Penny Pinching, the latter of which was also picked up by SBS in Sweden.

SBS in Denmark has also secured I Am Jazz and Extraordinary Moms, while TV4 Fakta in Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland has acquired seasons four and five of Scripps Networks International’s Ghost Adventures.
