All3Media brings on ad exec as CEO

Farah Ramzan Golant, currently executive chairman of UK ad agency AMV BBDO, will begin her role as CEO for the UK superindie on November 5, replacing Steve Morrison, who remains as chairman.

UK superindie All3Media has appointed ad executive Farah Ramzan Golant as its new CEO.

Ramzan Golant, currently executive chairman of UK ad agency AMV BBDO, will begin her new role on November 5.

The 48-year-old was named chairman of the agency, the UK’s largest, in 2005. AMV BBDO has been behind a wealth of awarded campaigns for such clients as The Economist, Guinness, Pepsi and Mercedes.

All3Media founder and former chief executive Steve Morrison will stay with the company as chairman.

“We are delighted that Farah is joining All3Media,” said Morrison. “She has shown by her achievements that she has the drive, the vision and the inspiration to lead a world class creative company. Farah also brings over 20 years’ experience of working closely with major broadcasters and advertisers.

“She has a sure sense of how our fertile creativity makes All3Media and its production companies stand out,” he added.

“All3Media has fantastic ambition for future growth within their creative industry, across genres, media and geography,” said Ramzan Golant. “These plans are exciting and credible because they are based on knowledge, experience and appetite to innovate.

Production companies under the All3Media umbrella include Lime Pictures, Lion Television, Maverick Television, One Potato Two Potato, Optomen, and Studio Lambert, among others. The company also has its own global distribution arm, All3Media International.
