CABLEready picks up bullying doc series

Distributor CABLEready has acquired the exclusive international rights to four television series, including Bullied: You're Not Alone from Landmark Media.

Distributor CABLEready has acquired the international rights to four television series, including Bullied: You’re Not Alone from Landmark Media.

The 5 x 30-minute series provides a platform for people to tell their stories on bullying, and features interviews with both bullies and victims, as well as authors and psychologists.

Elsewhere, The Top 7 of the Caribbean is a 13 x one-hour series from CMJ Productions II featuring some of the Caribbean’s best-kept secrets, including unusual excursions, unexpected local cuisine and surprising natural wonders.

Also from CMJ Productions is Nerves Of Steel, an 8 x one-hour series looking at difficult and complex jobs, from snow crab fishermen to a zoo veterinarian.

Finally, Season on the Edge, from Argoworks Productions,is an 8 x 30-minute series following host Ken Baldwin as he travels to America’s top fishing locations to explore the cultures and catch the biggest fish.

“These new acquisitions allow us to further diversify our vast line-up of audience-building, entertaining and informative content,” said CABLEready president and CEO Gary Lico.
