Hoff Productions teams with Breitling, Travolta for branded doc

Bay Area-headquartered prodco Hoff Productions has teamed up with Swiss watch maker Breitling for a branded doc, Super Factories: Breitling, which goes behind the scenes to reveal the process of building the famous timepieces.

The one-hour special, which debuted yesterday on Breitling’s YouTube channel, features actor and aviation aficionado John Travolta as well as adventurer Yves “The Jetman” Rossy, who delve into the story behind the timepiece favored by aviators, the Chronomat.

The doc will be available through international distributor Off the Fence beginning at MIPCOM in October.

“Hoff Productions has a long and successful history in creating high-quality branded content,” said Ben Balmer, global marketing director for Breitling. “We were thrilled to team up with them to deliver a show that marries the fascinating mechanics of our great watch with our accomplishments in aviation.”
