The deadline for submissions to the Realscreen Summit’s popular “So You Think You Can Pitch?” session has been extended to January 10.

Presented in association with CABLEready, the session, taking place on January 29 at the Realscreen Summit in Washington DC, features pitching hopefuls who have made it through an initial adjudication round competing to impress a host of distinguished judges in this interactive session.

“So You Think you Can Pitch?” offers you the chance to pitch your non-fiction or factual entertainment project to a panel of leading commissioners in the unscripted world and garner the attention of a ballroom packed with commissioners, agents and distributors. Prizes include a pass to the 2014 Realscreen Summit, a one-year subscription to CableU and a GoPro HD Helmet HERO Camera.

This year’s judges are Nancy Daniels, EVP of production and development for Discovery Channel; Tim Duffy, SVP of original series development at Spike TV; Rob Sharenow, EVP of programming at Lifetime Networks; and Andy Singer, GM at Travel Channel.
