Off the Fence cooks up deal with 24Kitchen

Anglo-Dutch producer-distributor Off the Fence has inked a three-year agreement with Fox International Channels to distribute programming made for the lifestyle channel 24Kitchen.

Anglo-Dutch producer-distributor Off the Fence (OTF) has inked a three-year agreement with Fox International Channels (FIC) to distribute programming made for its lifestyle channel 24Kitchen.

The deal will see OTF distribute 760 hours commissioned for FIC’s food channel, as well as produce one series a year for three years for it.

24Kitchen’s programming, which focuses on where food comes from, how to prepare it, and how it can improve lives, currently airs in Portugal, the Netherlands, Bulgaria, the entire Balkans region, Finland and Turkey.

The channel launched just over a year ago, and features localized lifestyle/food content, with FIC producing more than 500 hours a year.

The news follows OTF recently being named as the international distributor of Tangled Bank Studios’ catalog.

“To be given the opportunity to partner with one of the largest global networks such as Fox International Channels is fantastic,” said Ellen Windemuth, chief executive of Off the Fence in a statement.
