Sundance continues roll out in Poland, Hungary

AMC/Sundance Channel Global has finalized several distribution agreements for Sundance Channel with pay-TV platforms in Poland, Hungary, Spain, the Philippines and Thailand.

AMC/Sundance Channel Global has finalized several distribution agreements for Sundance Channel with pay-TV platforms in Poland, Hungary, Spain, the Philippines and Thailand.

In Poland, Sundance Channel has launched on the Multimedia Polska platform in both high definition and standard definition, as well as on VoD, while in Hungary, the channel is debuting as a subtitled SD linear channel on Magyar Telecom.

In Spain, the channel will launch in the weeks ahead as an SD linear channel in dubbed format on cable operator R. In Asia, meanwhile, Sundance Channel launched on cable provider Sky Philippines, while WE tv launched in Thailand for the first time on the new IPTV platform MeTV.
