Summit ’13: DiGa names Temple Williams COO

EXCLUSIVE: Temple Williams, the former general manager of 51 Minds Entertainment, is stepping into the role of chief operating officer at reality prodco DiGa.

Temple Williams, the former general manager of 51 Minds Entertainment, is stepping into the role of chief operating officer at reality and scripted television prodco DiGa.

Williams will run production, operations, administration strategy and new business development. He will seek out new areas of growth, while also aiding DiGa’s goal to grow into a content studio with a book division, music publishing, digital verticals and more.

He will work alongside Tony DiSanto and Liz Gately, founding partners and co-owners of DiGa. Williams is currently the president and CEO of Circle W Productions, a turnkey production services and consulting company.

Prior to Circle W, he spent two and a half years as exec VP and GM of 51 Minds Entertainment, Cris Abrego Productions and Never Nominated Productions, all Endemol USA-owned companies.

He also spent 10 years at MTV Networks in various roles, including serving as senior VP of production for the MTV Entertainment Group; senior VP of production for MTV Series Entertainment; VP of production for MTV Original Programming and Development; and director of production for MTV Original Series Development.
