UK distributor Dogwoof Global has sold mountain rescue doc The Ridge into Japan, while Eugene Jarecki’s The House I Live In (pictured) has been picked up in Australia, Norway and Italy.

Migueltxo Molina and Pablo Iraburu’s The Ridge tells the story of a mountain rescue in the Nepalese Himalayas, where an international team of mountaineers made a rescue in a dangerous climb. The doc was acquired by Domma in Japan.

Eugene Jarecki’s The House I Live In, which Dogwoof represents internationally outside of the U.S., was licensed to Madman in Australia, Tour de Force in Norway, and The Culture Business in Italy.

The doc is a look at the war on drugs in the U.S., and its toll on American society.
