BBC Worldwide China nabs “Harry’s Mountain Heroes”

BBC Worldwide China has acquired a package of factual titles from Twofour Rights, including 60-minute doc Harry’s Mountain Heroes (pictured).

The doc charts an adventure launched by British royal Prince Harry, in which a team of wounded servicemen take on the challenge of climbing Everest.

Other titles featured in the package include Biggest Hoarders (5 x 60-minutes) and Be Your Own Boss (6 x 60-minutes). The deals were brokered by Twofour’s senior sales executive Holly Hodges.

“We are very excited about our deal with Twofour,” said Pierre Cheung, VP and general manager for BBC Worldwide in China. “This is our first deal with them for China, and we hope to be able to continue to work with them to bring quality UK content to China.”
