“Don’t Forget the Lyrics,” “Shipwrecked” head to Russia

Zodiak Vostok-owned prodco Mastiff will create local versions of Zodiak USA’s¬†Don’t Forget the Lyrics and RDF’s Shipwrecked (pictured)¬†formats for NTV in Russia.

Mastiff will produce a 19 x 60-minute version of Don’t Forget the Lyrics, in which contestants sing along to popular songs and are challenged to complete the missing lyrics.

Shipwrecked, meanwhile, will consist of 13 x 90-minute episodes and follows a tribe of people living on an island community, as they’re joined by new members each week. The format includes a money prize, teams, and people being sent off the island.

Both shows will be produced out of Zodiak Media’s Russian production facility, Zodiak Vostok, and will air on NTV later this year.
