LA-based production company FishBowl Worldwide Media has restructured with promotions and additions, ahead of the departure of current president and CEO Bruce Gersh.
Gersh’s role will not be filled, however Beth Greenwald has been promoted to the newly created role of president of creative affairs, which will see her overseeing the scripted and unscripted output. Previously, as FishBowl’s SVP of unscripted programming, she executive produced TruTV’s Upload with Shaquille O’Neal, VH1′s I’m Married to A…, Fuse’s Offbeat and the upcoming Bravo series Toned Up.
“As someone who has been with the company since its inception, I am really thrilled to now lead the FishBowl team,” said Greenwald.
In addition, Paul Lapointe has been upped from chief financial officer to EVP and chief operating officer, tasked with day-to-day operations, foreign production and distribution.
Other promotions include Kelly Nash, who moves up from director of development to VP of development, while Lisa Black has been upped to EVP of content and business development.
The company has also hired Kevin Bloom from Stone & Company Entertainment, where he was the VP of production. At FishBowl, he will serve as the head of production.
