DCD Rights unleashes “Bridezillas” upon new territories

The 10th anniversary season of Bridezillas has been sold to Belgium's VMMA by the UK distributor, while spin-off series Marriage Bootcamp: Bridezillas (pictured) has been bought by Australia's Foxtel.

UK-based distributor DCD Rights has sold the 10th anniversary season of WE tv hit Bridezillas into Belgium, while spin-off series Marriage Bootcamp: Bridezillas (pictured) has been sold into Australia.

Belgian broadcaster VMMA has taken the 26 x 30-minute season of the former, while Foxtel has snapped up the 9 x 30-minute season of the latter, which has been renewed by WE tv for a second season.

Bridezillas is produced by DCD Media-owned September Films, while the spin-off series is produced by Thinkfactory Media in association with September Films.

“We look forward to launching this exciting new series at MIPCOM alongside the 10th anniversary season of our hit selling series Bridezillas, which the company will celebrate in style during the market,” said Nicky Davies Williams, CEO of DCD Rights, in a statement.
