U.S. prodco Leftfield Pictures has hired Oxygen exec Jordana Hochman (pictured) to serve as its VP of programming.

Hochman comes to Leftfield from the female-skewing U.S. cable net, where she has most recently been serving as VP of current series, overseeing shows such as My Shopping Addiction, Find Me My Man, Killer Couples and I’m Having Their Baby.

Prior to Oxygen, she was director and executive producer of non-fiction and alternative programming at A&E and Bio, where she oversaw shows including Intervention and Parking Wars, and developed Barter Kings, Bordertown: Laredo and Celebrity Ghost Stories, among others.

“Jordana brings to Leftfield a highly creative skill set that includes broad experience on both the network and production sides of the television business,” said Leftfield Pictures’ executive VP of programming David George.

“She will be a tremendous asset to Leftfield Pictures as we continue to diversify our slate and strengthen our network relationships.”

Leftfield’s shows include Pawn Stars, Counting Cars, American Restoration and Guntucky.
