Windfall Films has appointed Jamie Lochhead (pictured, left) and Peter Oxley (right) as executive producers, overseeing the London-based producer’s factual slate, including live events and new series.

Lochhead has been with the company for a decade. He recently series produced and directed the three-part BBC2 series Wonder of Dogs, directed several episodes of Inside Nature’s Giants, and produced the live events Easter Eggs Live and Foxes Live: Wild In The City for Channel 4.

Oxley’s credits for Windfall include serving as series producer on the six-part ob-doc series World’s Biggest Ship for Discovery Networks International, and Big, Bigger, Biggest. Prior to joining the company, he was a freelance producer for the BBC and series produced Lion Television’s The Link for National Geographic Channel.

“Jamie has pioneered our award-winning multi-platform natural history events and he continues to generate exciting ideas in this area,” said Windfall Films chairman David Dugan in a statement. “Peter’s impressed us with his great editorial judgement and his passion for bringing big engineering projects to life. Together they will help us build Windfall’s reputation for producing ambitious, radical television.”
