Toronto- and New York-based Jumpwire Media has opened an LA office, in a bid to expand its U.S. presence.
“We’ve proven that our cross-media marketing ecosystem drives growth in audience and revenue, and LA offers us a new opportunity to market these services,” said Jumpwire co-founder Gavin McGarry in a statement.
Jumpwire Media is headed up by digital media strategist McGarry and exec producer Jennifer Harkness, and was founded in 2009. The company works with media brands to build audience through cross-media marketing strategies, and has worked with Canadian and international networks and companies including AMC Networks, Corus Entertainment, BBC Worldwide, APTN and Discovery Channel U.S.
McGarry and Harkness will spend the bulk of their time in LA, the company said.
