Keshet’s “Rising Star” heading to Hungary

Fourteen episodes of the talent format from Keshet International will air on commercial channel TV2 in the fall of 2014.

Keshet International has closed another deal for its new talent format, Rising Star.

In fall of 2014, Hungarian commercial channel TV2 will air 14 episodes of the competition series.

The Hungarian deal is the latest for the format, with deals also recently being announced for the U.S. with ABC, France with the M6 Group, Russia with Rossiya 1, Germany with RTL, Italy with Toro and Scandinavia via Nordisk.

Rising Star was originally produced by Tedy Productions for Keshet Broadcasting in Israel.
