The Australian International Documentary Conference (AIDC) has tapped All3Media America chairman Stephen Lambert (pictured) to be the keynote speaker at its 2014 event in Adelaide.

Lambert, who also serves as the CEO of All3-owned indie Studio Lambert, is best known for his role in creating hit formats such as Undercover Boss, Wife Swap and Secret Millionaire.

Joost den Hartog, AIDC’s exec director, said: “I am pleased to welcome one of the most successful creative and business minds in our industry to the conference. With Stephen’s visit, AIDC continues its tradition to combine documentary and popular factual programming in the one event.

“Stephen has extensive experience in all factual genres, including documentary. We are in for a real treat of international industry insight.”

Lambert will speak during Doc Week, which runs from March 4-7.
