A&E sets January airdate for “Crazy Hearts: Nashville”

U.S. cable network A&E has set a January 15 premiere date for country music docuseries Crazy Hearts: Nashville.

U.S. cable network A&E has set a January 15 premiere date for country music docuseries Crazy Hearts: Nashville. 

The Eastern-produced series, details of which were announced in September, will have a second night premiere on January 16.

The series follows up-and-coming country musicians Lee Holyfield, daughter of legendary songwriter Wayland Holyfield; country rocker Leroy Powell; songwriter Hannah Fairlight; singer-songwriter Anthony Billups and his on-again off-again girlfriend Amy Wilcox; singer and bartender Jimmy Stanley and his girlfriend/manager April Nemeth (pictured above); and industry insider Heather Byrd.

Crazy Hearts: Nashville promises rivalries, fiery relationships, performances and love triangles.

The executive producers for Eastern are Toby Barraud, Stefan Springman and Mala Chapple, and co-executive producers are Angela Rae Berg and Jeff Grogan. Executive producers for A&E Network are Drew Tappon, Lily Neumeyer, Evan Lerner and Fred Grinstein.
