Outdoor preps fishing titles for quarter one

U.S. network Outdoor Channel is lining up six new series to launch in the first quarter of this year, including fishing titles The Hunt for Big Fish with Larry Dahlberg and Modern Fishing with Jared Jeffries.

U.S. network Outdoor Channel is lining up six new series to launch in the first quarter of this year, including fishing titles The Hunt for Big Fish with Larry Dahlberg and Modern Fishing with Jared Jeffries.

Other new series set to launch as part of the winter/spring line-up include Heartland Waterfowl, NRA All Access presented by Taurus, Territories Wild and The Obsession of Carter Andrews. The new titles form part of a schedule of 79 shows.

“Outdoor Channel strives to offer quality programming to satisfy the outdoor entertainment appetite and enthusiasm of our growing audience,” said Jeffrey Wayne, executive VP of programming at the network.

“With our winter and spring line-up, we are offering a wide range of new and returning reality-based, character-driven, competition-intensive and instructive content featuring our top-rated celebrity and endemic talent and notable guest appearances.”
