Michael Kot has bolstered his executive ranks at Saloon Media.

The Canadian factual producer has added two former Entertainment One producers, Steve Gamester (Perfect Storms: Disasters that Changed the World), and Betty Orr, who becomes head of production.

Also boarding Saloon Media is producer/director Paul Kilback, who produced Wild Things with Dominic Monaghan and Greatest Tank Battles.

“We’re expanding and growing with creative, excellent people that can build a vibrant company,” Kot said in a statement.

He launched Saloon Media last year with a two-year overall deal with eOne in hand.

The indie, which produces factual entertainment for world markets with production partners in Canada, the U.K. and U.S., is about to debut its first production, the lady-killer crime series Handsome Devils, a coproduction with the U.K.’s BriteSpark Films.
