T Group Productions has promoted Rob Lobl to executive vice president of development and current, and hired Elyse Seder as vice president of development.

Lobl will continue to head the Santa Monica-based producer’s development team and provide creative oversight on its slate of productions, including Container Wars for TruTV, House of Food for MTV and Celebrities Undercover for Oxygen.

Since joining T Group in 2011 he has executive produced more than 30 programs. Prior to that, Lobl ran the production company SokoLobl Entertainment, worked as an independent showrunner, and worked for networks such as MTV, Oxygen, BET and Logo.

Seder, who joined the company last year, will focus on developing character-driven docuseries and original formats for the U.S. market. She previously held development roles at Lizard Trading Company and Firecracker Films, and her credits include My Mom is Obsessed for OWN, My Big Fat American Gypsy Wedding for TLC, and Last Chance Driving School for A&E.

Both execs report to T Group president Jenny Daly.
