Chinese broadcaster Shanghai Media Group has acquired 120 hours of programming  to air on International Channel Shanghai as part of a multi-year output deal. The content spans genres and includes Cook Me The Money, Hell’s Kitchen USA, Dancing On Ice UK and 60 Minute Makeover UK.

Meanwhile, Thai pay-TV broadcaster Next Step acquired 300 hours of factual and nature programming, including Too Cute! (pictured), Desert Seas and Big, Bigger, Biggest.

The distributor also inked multi-year output deals to distribute more than 100 hours of drama programming to Chinese Internet provider Tencent and Chinese VOD service Sohu.
