U.S. net E! is promising a group of 20- and 30-somethings the chance to win an ultimate getaway in its forthcoming series Escape Club, which gives 12 contestants the chance to abandon their lives and retreat to the Dominican Republic.

The hour-long series, billed by E! as a “real-life soap opera,” follows 12 singles between the ages of 22 and 34 as they live under one roof and enjoy the luxuries of paradise. But throughout their stay, someone from their regular lives visits them on the island, and the cast members must strategize and work to form alliances in order to remain at the resort for as long as possible.

The series is produced by Shed Media US, with Pam Healey, John Hesling, Dan Snook and Matt Odgers serving as executive producers.

Escape Club premieres June 8 at 10 p.m. EST/PST.
