Those planning on taking part in the upcoming Talpa Open Pitch competition, happening during the inaugural edition of Realscreen London on October 9, have until June 30 to submit their entries through the official Realscreen London site.

The competition offers the winning pitch up to £25,000 (US$41,900) in development funding, with the finalists judged by Talpa founder John de Mol and members of the Talpa creative team.

De Mol, the creative mind behind such global format smashes as The Voice, Big Brother, Fear Factor, Deal or No Deal and Utopia, will be on hand for the event along with the Talpa creative team, to hear the pitches and critique them in person.

Entries submitted via london.realscreen.com/talpaopenpitch will be reviewed and then a shortlist of finalists will be chosen in advance of the event to take part in the live pitch competition. Full rules and regulations are also posted on the entry form.

The deadline for entry submissions is June 30. Realscreen London comes to the Congress Centre in the British capital on October 8 and 9.
