Red Arrow Entertainment Group-backed producer Kinetic Content has promoted Karrie Wolfe (pictured, right) and Katie Griffin (left) to co-head its newly created development and programming department.

The pair - formerly senior VP, and VP of development respectively - have helped secure a number of series for the Los Angeles-based prodco, including Little Women: LA and Betty White’s Off Their Rockers (Lifetime), Married at First Sight (FYI) and The Taste (ABC), in addition to a number of upcoming series.

In their new roles, Wolfe and Griffin oversee a staff including newly promoted manager of development Kayleigh Lamb, and the group’s in-house casting team.

“Karrie and Katie have worked tirelessly to create, develop and most importantly help produce and deliver a very high-quality slate of breakthrough programming, which has quickly delivered both critical and ratings success for our partner networks,” said Chris Coelen, CEO of Kinetic Content, in a statement.
