U.S. net TLC has ordered Angels Among Us, a companion series to Long Island Medium which follows a New Yorker who purports to “see, hear and converse with guardian angels.”

The 12 x 30-minute series, made by Tremendous! Entertainment, follows Rosie Cepero (pictured above), a wife and mother from Upstate New York, who “connects with angels and conveys critical – and often life-changing – messages to the people they protect on earth,” TLC claims.

The series will premiere on September 7 at 10 p.m. EST, airing straight after Long Island Medium.

In addition to featuring Rosie, the series also features her husband of 32 years, George, and their three sons, Frankie, Georgie and Joey, who TLC says have all received messages from their guardian angels through her.

Tremendous!’s other series include Destination America’s Epic and Travel Channel’s Bizarre Foods with Andrew Zimmern.
