TIFF ’14: “The Price We Pay” heads to France

Harold Crooks’ documentary The Price We Pay (pictured) has been sold into France.

Filmoption International sold the film, which is an expose of offshore tax havens, to French distributor ARP, which is planning a 2015 release for the Canadian Film.

The deal follows the film’s world premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival on September 5 as part of the TIFF Docs sidebar.

The sales agreement was negotiated by Andrew Noble and Alexandra Wermester of Filmoption International, and Laurent Pétin and Michèle Halberstadt of ARP.
