Toronto-based Distribution360 has sold the documentary series Tessa & Scott (pictured) to Nat Geo People.

Produced by Media Headquarters, the 7 x 30-minute series, which debuted in Canada earlier this year on the W Network, offers a personal look into the lives of Canadian ice-dancing couple Tess Virtue and Scott Moir as they attempt to regain their championship form.

According to terms of the deal, Tessa & Scott will air in France, Germany, Italy, Turkey, Greece, Malta, Cyprus, Belgium, Luxembourg, Austria and Switzerland.

Tessa & Scott takes Nat Geo People viewers into a world usually only seen every four years at the Olympics,” said Ben Noot,  global acquisitions manager at Nat Geo People. “Elite access to the skating pair makes for a compelling series.”

Distribution360 is controlled by Marblemedia.
