U.S. cable network Nat Geo Mundo is to premiere the reality series LimoMasters (pictured) on October 4.

The eight-episode show is set in the Anaheim-based custom automotive business Limos by Moonlight, which specializes in unusual and over-the-top modification requests to stretch cars and buses into luxury limousines for a discerning client base.

Requests include retrofitting a hearse to allow a Japanese family to ride in the same car as the coffin of their deceased loved one; sprucing up a Mercedes Benz G-Wagon with jet doors worthy of The Fast and the Furious movie franchise; and stretching an Australian Hummer H2.

The cast is led by business owner Erick Quintana and includes manager Jaime, his right-hand man Jesus, designer Paola, welder Carlos and assistant Vivian, whose familial dynamic leads to drama during the customization process.

LimoMasters is produced by Natural 9 Entertainment for National Geographic Channel. Exec producers are Carol Sherman, Jeff Androsky and show creator Phil ViardoPatrick Taulere serves as co-exec producer.

The show begins airing on October 4 at 9 p.m. EST/PST.
