Toronto-based Peacock Alley Entertainment is shopping Illusions of Grandeur, a 12 x 30-minute series starring street illusionist Zack Mirza, at this year’s MIPCOM.

The series, following the Toronto magician as he travels across North America, will air in Canada on Rogers specialty channel OLN in 2015.

During the series, Mirza (pictured) touches down in such locations as New York, Las Vegas, Detroit and Austin, Texas and performs illusions on the street, while also taking the time to discover the city’s history of magic, and meeting some of his mentors and fellow illusionists. At the end of each show, he combines the knowledge he’s learned with his own ingenuity and creates a never-before-seen twist on a classic magic trick.
