History will premiere the off-roading competition series Alaska Off Road Warriors on November 30.

The Original Productions series pits five teams of two off-roading drivers against each other in a race across Alaska, from the Pacific Ocean to the Arctic Ocean. “This is a race, a competition, an expedition and an adventure of epic proportions,” the U.S. cable network said in a statement.

The cast of competitors includes Butch “Big Dog” Evans and “Wild” Bill Coty, non-Alaskans Carl Jantz and Rich Rudman and Irish brother-sister team Pete and Shey Lannigan.

Alaska Off Road Warriors will debut on November 30 at 10 p.m. EST/PST. Executive producers are Elaine Frontain Bryant, Julian P. Hobbs and Ed de Rivaz for History, and Philip Segal, Jeff ConroySarah Whalen and Dolph Scott for Original Productions.

The series is the latest Alaska-centric addition to the U.S. cable dial. On Thursday, MTV will begin airing the Wasilla-set docu-comedy Slednecks; National Geographic Channel is planning to air Rafting Alaska next summer; and TLC premiered the reality series Escaping Alaska earlier this summer.
