The original series – produced by Jupiter Entertainment and Wild Gate Entertainment – follows a four-member animal rescue team specializing in dangerous species that travels across the U.S. carrying cargoes of wild animals and reptiles.

Throughout the season, episodes will showcase the team tackling an assortment of challenging animals such as a venomous snake that goes missing, “stubborn zedonks and a mischievous camel,” among others.

Exec producers for Jupiter Entertainment are Stephen Land, Matt Sprouse and Joe DeVito, while Tom Breslin, Jeff Friedman and Keith Alan are exec producing for Wild Gate, and Brad Abramson and Fred Grinstein are exec producing for A&E.

Wild Transport is to premiere on January 6 at 10 p.m. EST/PST.
