USA Network has named former Electus exec Jessica Sebastian (pictured) as its head of unscripted programming.

Reporting to Jackie de Crinis, exec VP of original programming at the U.S. network, Sebastian arrives from Electus, where she served as VP of development. She was the executive producer of Breaking Greenville for TruTV, Style By Jury for TLC, and Southern Justice for Nat Geo.

The London native, a 14-year television industry veteran, will oversee the USA Network’s unscripted programs in the development and production stages, including Chrisley Knows Best, which recently received a third-season order.

“Her work as a producer, director, showrunner and creative executive brings a multifaceted perspective to our burgeoning efforts,” said de Crinis in a statement.

Sebastian’s résumé also includes work producing comedies, documentaries and live shows for Channel 4 and the BBC in the UK.
