GRB inks deals for “Monsters,” “Remembering Whitney”

The producer-distributor has sold more than 2,000 hours to nets in the Middle East, Africa, France and Asia, including Remembering Whitney (pictured) and Monsters & Mysteries.

GRB Entertainment has sold more than 2,000 hours of programming to networks in the Middle East, Africa, France and Asia.

The producer-distributor sold Tuneame La Nave (40 x 30 minutes), the Spanish-language version of auto-customization series West Coast Customs, as well as companion series La Competencia (32 x 60 minutes) to Dubai-based broadcaster MBC. The programs will air across the Middle East and Africa.

Elsewhere, France TV picked up Remembering Whitney (1 x 60 minutes, pictured above), a special about late pop singer Whitney Houston that aired in the U.S. on Lifetime.

Finally, Hong Kong-based pay-TV operator Celestial Tiger acquired seasons one and two of the paranormal show Monsters & Mysteries (6 x 60 minutes/12 x 60 minutes). GRB recently added season three of the series to its catalog.
