New York Times to host “Citizenfour” live interview

The New York Times will host a live interview session with Citizenfour director Laura Poitras (pictured), journalist Glenn Greenwald, and NSA whistleblower Edward Snowden on February 12.

Part of the company’s “TimesTalks” interview series, the conversation will be moderated by NYT media columnist David Carr. Poitras and Greenwald will be on hand with Carr at New York City’s New School to discuss the film, while Snowden will be joining the talk via video link.

The hour-long interview, scheduled to begin at 6:45 p.m. EST, will be streamed live worldwide and without charge via www.TimesTalks.com.
