The CW has ordered the unscripted series A Wicked Offer from T Group Productions.

The show is one of two series the U.S. network has ordered for summer in a bid to expand its year-round programming. (The other is the British sitcom Dates.)

The one-hour A Wicked Offer presents couples with “Faustian bargains” that require them to “complete a series of scandalous and controversial tasks involving their unsuspecting friends, families and co-workers for cash prizes,” the network said in a statement.

The idea is to pit the couple’s moral and ethical boundaries against their desire for money. The stakes grow higher with each successive challenge.

The series is being exec produced by T Group’s Jenny Daly, whose past reality credits include Storage Hunters, Mystery Diners and Container Wars.
